    50g Gunpowder Pinhead

    50g Christmas Tea Blend

    50g Tian Kian Tea

    50g Vanilla

    25g Green Apple

  • 12oz Simple

    22oz High Rye Tea Blend (brewed and cooled)

    Add to an iSi soda siphon and charge with CO2

  • Start with half of a medium size honeydew and carve off exterior leaving only the fruit.

    Allow to rest in 1 liter of Johnnie Walker high Rye for up to 24 hours. Sample every few hours for quality control.

    Strain and discard when infusion has reached your desired flavor.
