  A Johnnie Walker Black Rob Roy, similar to the beloved Manhattan but with celery bitters instead of ango. Great for spicy meat dish pairings.

  2 oz Johnnie Walker Black

  3/4 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth

  3 dashes celery bitters

  Stir ingredients in mixing glass and strain.
