• A tropical scotch riff on a classic that has become a hit among bartenders.

  • 2 oz Johnnie Walker High Rye

    1.5 oz Coconut Milk

    1 oz Tigre Shrub

  • Add all ingredients to a shaking tin with ice and shake. Pour through a strainer into a chilled glass.

  • Coupe

  • Thinly sliced pickled red chili pepper

  • Up

  • 2 parts Lime

    1.5 part Orange

    1 part Passionfruit

    Generous Pinch of Yellow Pepper

    1 tsp Ginger

    Champagne Vinegar

    *Steep the mixture in vinegar. Alternatively, you can gently simmer all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, or try sous vide if you’re savvy in the kitchen.
