  1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Red Label

  2 oz Johnnie Walker Cordial

  1.5 oz Water

  Cabinate at 180 PSI

• PREPARATION

  Keep all ingredients chilled down (or keep batch in refrigerator). Carbonate and cap up to 24 hours in advance.

  750ml sugar

  30gr JW Tea Cordial

  10gr Chicory

  13gr Citric Acid

  8gr Lactid acid Cook sous vide 52C for 2 hrs
