ROOBIOS MANHATTAN

  • This Manhattan is meant to bring out the creamy marzipan notes in the high rye Johnnie Walker that really make it such a easy drinking spirit. It reminds me of a root beer float and a whiskey cream soda all in one.

  • 2 oz high rye Johnnie Walker

    1 oz roobios tea infused vermouth

    3-5 dashes angustora bitters

  • Add all ingredients in mixing glass add ice stir and double strain into a chilled glass.

  • NIC AND NORA/ MARTINI

  • ORANGE ZEST AND BRANDIED CHERRY

  • NONE

  • 100g of roobios tea

    500ml of red vermouth

    Combine ingredients in isi whip cream maker and use 2 nitrogen cartridges let sit for 3-5 mins degas and filter our with a tea strainer return to the bottle and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks
