This cocktail is a ohm-age to the bees that help make these beautiful cocktails possible. Not to mention it does a great job accenting the succulent honey profile in Johnnie Walker High Rye.

2 oz bees wax washed Johnnie Walker High Rye
3/4 oz lemon
3/4 oz honey syrup

Combine ingredients into a shaker without ice shake and shake. This is frothing up the honey with the bees wax washed high rye and creating a beautiful texture. Then add ice to the tin and shake to chill the cocktail down and whip in more air. Strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with bee pollen and a fresh honey comb

Bees wax washed high rye
Take a mason jar and melt bees wax all along the inside by first melting the wax in a pan and carefully poring it into a jar and coating the sides. Let the jar cool and then add 500ml of Johnny walker high rye and let this steep for at least 1 week. Strain into a bottle.
Honey syrup
600g of honey
400 g of hot water
Add the hot water to the honey in a heat safe mixing bowl combine let cool and bottle. Place in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
