What’s better than milk and honeys modern classic the paper plane? In my opinion the pineapple infused aperol gives a unique depth and fun tropical vibe to an already great cocktail while the Johnny walker high rye give the drink some back bone with its touch of spice that plays so well with the tropical fruit. A match made in heaven.

1 oz high rye Johnnie Walker
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz nonino amaro
1 oz pineapple infused aperol

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain

Cut up one whole pineapple and add it to a sealable container then add one 750 ml bottle of aperol and let this steep for 24-36 hours in a refrigerator. Strain and put back into a bottle and place into the refrigerator. Good for up to 2 weeks.
