THE LOYALIST - CHICAGO
The Loyalist was a great place to host round two of our Walker’s Table dinner; they were staffed well and the bar manager was well versed and comfortable with Johnnie Walker. They are a newer account, and have since brought in High Rye and are utilizing it in a menu cocktail. There were 14 guests total, which included local restaurateurs, chefs, small business and retail business owners, a local DHP team member (Jorge Saldarriaga) and other industry professionals. I was there to guide the event photographer, and walk guests through a Johnnie Walker whiskey flight. They enjoyed 4 amazing cocktails curated by The Loyalist bar manager, John Hess. Some notable attendees were Genie Kwon & Tim Flores of Kasama, Chef Ed Tinoco of NEXT Restaurant, Ben Tullman and Josh Dewall of Ignite Glass, and Aylin Sarac of Nøtre. This was a great dinner that brought together a lot of well known Chicago creatives and industry professionals. Enthusiasm was high after the event and I’ve since made some new connections in the market in order to keep growing the brand. Our reach was about 66K for the event, via social media.
