  • A sour cocktail featuring Johnnie Walker High Rye and layers of bright and savory notes.

  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice

    0.75 oz Apple Juice

    0.5 oz Maple Syrup

    0.5 oz Yuzuri

    1.75 oz Mustard and Horseradish Infused Johnnie Walker High Rye

  • Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, seal and shake for 7-10 seconds. Find strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a sprig of dill.

  • 1L Johnnie Walker High Rye

    130g Ground Mustard Seeds

    55g Chopped Horseradish

    Add all ingredients to an ISI canister and charge with 2 N2O cream chargers. Shake intermittently for 5 minutes; release pressure. Let sit until bubbling stops and pass through chinois. Rebottle and label.
