PILLOW MINT

  • 1.5 oz johnnie walker high rye

    .5 oz matcha mint syrup

    .25 mr. black coffee liquor

    .5 crème de cacao

    .25 heavy whipping cream

  • Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin shake and strain into a nic and nora glass or large coupe.

  • Nic and Nora or Martini glass

  • a single mint leaf

  • no ice

  • For 1 liter

    Take 500 grams of water and combine with 1.75 g of ticaloid 210 then take 500 grams of sugar and ¼ tsp of mint extract and 10 grams of matcha powder and combine in a blender
