A fun twist on a manhattan with added sweetness and depth from the Jujube’s.

2 oz Johnnie Walker High Rye
1 oz JuJuBe infused red vermouth
5-6 dashes angustora bitters

Combine all ingredients into stirring glass add ice stir then pour into a large coup or nic and nora glass garnish with a cherry

Per 750 ml bottle of vermouth add 200grams of dried jujubes chopped up added together and vacuum sealed in a vaccum bag let sit for atleast 4 hours strain and bottle
