Inspired by the velvety, perfectly balanced Whisky Sour. This classic is brightened up by using stone fruit flavors notes of a PX Sherry and Demerara Sugar as it compliments our Johnnie Walker High Rye.

2oz. Johnnie Walker High Rye
.75 oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry
.5 oz Demerara Syrup
.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
2 Dashes of Orange Blossom Water

Combine all ingredients into a Shaker with no ice and dry shake for 20 seconds. now add ice to the tin and shake again for 20 seconds to chill the cocktail. double strain in to coupe and Garnish.

The Whiskey Sour officially dates back to the 1860s, but sailors in the British Navy had been drinking something very similar long before that. On long sea journeys, water was not always dependable, so to combat that, spirits were often used.
