• RECIPE

  2oz. Johnnie Walker High Rye

  .75 Lillet

  .5 oz Mezcal

  .5 oz St. George Raspberry Liquor

  .25 oz Demerara Syrup

  3-4 drops of Stool

• PREPARATION

  Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with craft ice and Stir for 20 seconds to chill the cocktail. strain into a Collins glass and top off with soda water.

• GLASSWARE

  High Ball/Collins Glass

• GARNISH

  Garnish with 2 blackberries on a skewer and an elegant lime peel.
