To get our Walkers Table activation started in Chicago, we started with Esmé. Chef Tomaska prepared an amazing tasting menu to pair perfectly with our Johnnie Walker cocktails. The guest list was a who’s who of Chicago, from world-renowned visual artists and fashion designers, to owners of breweries, wineries, and even a notable bartending legend. The evening was the perfect example of bringing together a community of great people in an independently owned establishment.

ABOUT THE LOCATION: In August 2021, Chef Jenner Tomaska and wife and partner Katrina Bravo opened fine-dining restaurant, Esmé in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. With Esmé, French for “beloved,” Tomaska and Bravo reimagine the tasting- menu model with philanthropy and art integrated into the foundation of the experience, an expression of their shared vision for the community-focused restaurant.
