  • 1.5 JWHR

    1 Lemon

    .5 Pear Syrup

    .25 Chocolate Liqueur

    .25 Coffee Liqueur

    1 egg white

  • Add all ingredients except egg white to a shaker and shake well to emulsify, add ice, shake for 5-7 seconds and fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with striding man garnish
