    0.75 oz Cocchi de Torino Sweet Vermouth

    0.5 Apologue Persimmon

    1 dash Angostura

    1 dash Peychauds

    0.25 oz Demerara Syrup

    Top with Cava

  • Stir until diluted and chilled. Pour into a chilled coupe glass. Top with Cava.
