  4 dashes Cardamom Bitters

  Barspoon Lustau Pedro Jimenez Sherry

  0.25 oz Creme de Cacao

  0.5 oz Banan du Bresil

  2 oz Johnnie Walker High Rye

  0.5 oz Water

  1 oz Chilled Harmless Harvest Coconut Water

• PREPARATION

  Combine all ingredients except the chilled Harmless Harvest coconut water into a vessel and chill until cold. Pour mixture over a large rock and top with 1 oz of chilled Harmless Harvest coconut water. Garnish with a banana leaf and dried banana chip.
