• DESCRIPTION

  Umami profiles from the truffle honey working together in tandem with an Italian amaro lavender and choice aromatics to create a balanced and rich cocktail.

• RECIPE

  .25 oz truffle honey

  .25 oz ramozotti

  2 oz johnnie walker high rye

  1-2 dashes of tobacco bitters

• PREPARATION

  Add all ingredients to a stirring glass and stir with ice till properly chilled. Then pour into a chilled glass and serve with smoke bubble.
