  • .5oz acid adjusted purple carrot and ginger juice

    .5 oz smoked maple cayenne syrup

    1.5 oz johnnie Walker black

    Fill with tea blend

  • Pre Batch all ingredients then add to custom tea blend

  • Take about 1 lb of fresh cayenne peppers and smoke for 4 hours with apple wood then dehydrate. Take those peppers and add them to about one liter of maple syrup place in vacuum chamber and pull a vacuum then add to sous-vide for about 3 hours chill and filter out peppers.

  • For about one liter

    Take about 5lbs of purple carrots and about one lb of ginger and juice in a juicer.

    Filter juice with a fine sieve then add about 20g of malic acid per liter of juice
