.5oz acid adjusted purple carrot and ginger juice
.5 oz smoked maple cayenne syrup
1.5 oz johnnie Walker black
Fill with tea blend

Pre Batch all ingredients then add to custom tea blend

Take about 1 lb of fresh cayenne peppers and smoke for 4 hours with apple wood then dehydrate. Take those peppers and add them to about one liter of maple syrup place in vacuum chamber and pull a vacuum then add to sous-vide for about 3 hours chill and filter out peppers.

For about one liter
Take about 5lbs of purple carrots and about one lb of ginger and juice in a juicer.
Filter juice with a fine sieve then add about 20g of malic acid per liter of juice
