1.5 oz of Johnnie Walker high rye
1 oz water
Hand carbonated

Take all ingredients add to carbonation chamber carbonate serve over ice in a collins glass with a apple fan garnish

Clarified Apple Juice
For 1 liter
Take 6 apple and juice with 2.5 grams of ascorbic acid filter then add ¼ tsp pectinex and let separate for 24hrs rack off juice discard solids
