SOCTCH APPLE

  • A wonderful pairing of fresh seasonal apples and Johnnie Walker High Rye

  • 2.5 oz of clarified apple juice

    1.5 oz of Johnnie Walker high rye

    1 oz water

    Hand carbonated

  • Take all ingredients add to carbonation chamber carbonate serve over ice in a collins glass with a apple fan garnish

  • Collins Glass

  • Apple Fan

  • Pellet or crushed ice preffered

  • Clarified Apple Juice

    For 1 liter

    Take 6 apple and juice with 2.5 grams of ascorbic acid filter then add ¼ tsp pectinex and let separate for 24hrs rack off juice discard solids
