TEA TIME TODDY

There is nothing more classic or traditional than a toddy with Johnnie Walker. Now while introducing Johnny Walker High Rye whisky this is really a great toddy. The High Rye blend is a great accent to the honey and lemon you really can not go wrong.

1 1/2 oz Johnnie walker high rye
3/4 oz fresh lemon
3/4 oz cinnamon honey syrup
4 oz oolong souchong and gunpowder blended tea.

Add scotch lemon and honey to a mug with a toasted cinnamon stick then add hot tea mixture stir to combine.

TOASTED CINNAMON STICK

Cinnamon Honey syrup
600g of honey
400 g of hot water
8-10 cinnamon sticks
Add the hot water to the honey and cinnamon sticks in a heat safe mixing bowl combine let cool and steep for 24 hrs strain and bottle. Place in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Tea blend
Combine 1 tsp of a mild oolong tea 1 tsp of a mild souchang tea and 1 tsp of a gunpowder green tea and add 8 oz of hot water let steep for about 2-3 mins then add to cocktail
